Secondary Education/Teacher Education (3+2)

Teacher Education is a “3 plus 2” program with the WVU main campus that leads to a bachelor’s degree in a subject area and a master’s of education. Graduates may achieve certification for teaching language arts, mathematics, and chemistry/general science in grades 5-12. A working relationship with local public schools provides opportunities for fulfilling the required field experiences.
