Industrial Relations and Human Resources, BS

The Department of Social Sciences offers an interdisciplinary major in Industrial Relations and Human Resources for students desiring administrative positions in human resources departments, labor organizations and arbitration services. Each student will participate in a unique, semester-long internship that results in academic credit for work experience with labor organizations, government or industry.
